Important information regarding tax forms
Due to changes in the Tax Forms Outlet Program and a significant budget cut to the IRS in the 2015 budget, the only Federal forms that will be available in the Library are the 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ along with Publication 1132 (the reproducible forms). There will be no instructions and no other forms provided. To get other forms, access the irs.gov website, either at home or in our Public Computing Department. As a public service, we will not charge for the first 20 pages printed; after the first 20 pages, the usual charge of .15/page will apply.
