Run by the Friends of Loutit District Library, Cheapstacks Used Bookstore is located at the south end of the Lower Level of the library. The store offers fiction and non-fiction, hardcover and paperbacks, as well as magazines, DVDs, videos, music, and audio books, as well as other items of interest to readers.

Donations
Donations of gently used items are accepted during regular bookstore hours. In addition, donations can be dropped in the basket outside the Cheapstacks door if the bookstore is closed.
The Friends of Loutit District Library request that no text books, Reader's Digest Condensed Books, Encyclopedias, or magazines (including National Geographic) be donated.
