March is National Quilting Month– a month-long celebration of quilts, quilters, and quilting established more than 30 years ago by the National Quilt Association. Libraries are celebrating with quilting events, quilts on display, quilting books, and more.

Loutit District Library’s Upper-Level Atrium is featuring quilts from the Lighthouse Quilt Guild. Stop by during open hours to pick up a brochure at any service desk and receive a participation prize you can use time and time again (while supplies last). Don’t forget to ‘hop’ around to other participating libraries to check out local quilters’ works on display.
